Villa Ocean
Villa “Ocean” is a beachfront villa situated in North-East coast of Bali. It’s build in tropical modern style and comfortable for accommodating 3 people. Spacious air-conditioned bedroom with an in-suite closed bathroom and the bathtub under the sky. Also there is an extra single bed above the wardrobe (suitable for adult or children from 4 y.o.). A small kitchenette and a working place are available. The wide ocean view terrace with dining table. The infinity pool and jacuzzi, deck with two sun beds, gazebo and a swing where you can relax enjoying the ocean view. The concrete bench is right on the beach.
POOL: private ocean front infinity round pool 3 meters diameter plus Whirlpool 1,4 meters diameter. There is an outside shower next to it. BED: for your comfort sleep the pillows are duck feather, micro fiber and the mattress (KingKoil) 180×200 cm., the second single mattress is 90×200 cm.LOUNGE ZONE: you can either enjoy sunbathing on the sun bed near the ocean front pool, spend time with book on the swing listening to the crashing waves, lie down in gazebo on soft pillows or sit on the bench just in front of the ocean with your beloved one.HOUSEKEEPING: is provided daily 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. You can always ask for extra room amenities.WI-FI: available in the villa (free of charge).
All the territory of the villa and the pool belong only to you during the period of your stay. 40 meters from the villa there is a place for staff, who cleans the villa and cooks for you if needed. Nobody will disturb you and the staff comes only at the time that was discussed with you before. You can contact the staff via WhatsApp.
We can help you in arranging tours around the island, massages, yoga, diving, etc.There is a nice reef in front of the villa for snorkeling and diving. Equipment is available for rent at our dive center, where you can also do a dive course. You can enjoy the view of northern part of Bali from the ocean during the fishing or romantic trip on the local boat.
Our staff will be happy to cook for you and serve the meals the villa. You can either prepay the meals for the whole period of your stay $15 per person per day or pay on arrival breakfast – $4, lunch – $6, dinner – $9.
For traveling around the island you can rent a car with a driver $55 per day (up to 4 people) or a scooter $10 per day for short distance trips.

Payment & cancellation
The price includes all taxes and services. The main currency is USD.
Payments can be made by bank transfer (IDR, EUR, USD or AUD) in Indonesia / Europe / Australia. Online card payments are temporarily unavailable.
We also accept cryptocurrency.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required at booking; the balance is due no later than one month before arrival. For stays of less than 7 nights, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Extra expenses (cars, meals, massages, diving, etc.) can be paid in cash (IDR, USD, EUR, AUD), cryptocurrency, or by credit card +2%. ATM is 10 minutes drive from the villa.
If needed we can exchange foreign currency to IDR — outside the villa all local payments are in Indonesian rupiah.
In case of cancellation, rent payments are non-refundable.
